Position: Senior Clerk General Administration

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Clerk for our General Administration department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Administration department
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
- Train and mentor junior clerks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
