Job Description

Performs administrative/clerical tasks associated with controlling the receipting, recording and circulation of correspondence and files.
Key Responsibility Areas
Performs specific tasks/activities associated with maintenance, circulation and control of registers and correspondence files.
Undertakes specific administrative and general activities associated with the provision of office support.
Processes and updates personnel information related to time and attendance.

Essential Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
Valid motor vehicle driving license
