Under the supervision of the Department Head: Complaints, the Senior Clerk (B5) will be primarily responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints related to insurance products and funeral services. The role also involves addressing complaints concerning member rewards and loan products. The role is pivotal in supporting the Group's customer experience objectives by ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations, the Group's policies, and the standard operating procedures of the Complaints Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of insurance offerings, along with familiarity with other AVBOB products and benefits, to ensure the fair, consistent, and efficient resolution of complaints for AVBOB members and policyholders.
