A Luxury Game Reserve in Sabi Sand is seeking a CHEF DE PARTIE / SENIOR CDP to join the team.

Located within the renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve, this exclusive big-5 safari destination is celebrated for its exceptional wildlife encounters and luxurious accommodations. A passionate and skilled chef is sought to contribute to guests' unforgettable culinary journey, creating dishes that complement the Reserve's natural beauty and enhance the overall guest experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years of culinary experience
- Recognized chef qualification
- Strong culinary knowledge and skills
- Creative food styling aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in taste and flavor pairings, with a flair for visual presentation
- Ability to create new, original dishes daily based on seasonal produce
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must have own transport and reside locally
