Job Description
Our client in the Finance sector is looking for a Senior Change Manager IT Finance on a contract duration of 6 months.
To lead and manage IT-driven change initiatives within the finance function, ensuring seamless integration of new systems, processes, and technologies that enhance financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The role bridges finance and IT, driving strategic transformation while minimizing disruption.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in financial systems change management or IT project delivery.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, FP&A).
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
