Job Summary Are you a seasoned catering professional with a passion for healthcare nutrition and operational excellence? Healthwise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Catering Manager to lead our catering operations in Nelspruit. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily catering operations within a healthcare environment Ensure compliance with dietary requirements and nutritional standards Maintain and improve Patient Dining Satisfaction (PDS) scores - consistently above 80% Lead and manage a diverse team of catering staff Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and service delivery Requirements: Proven experience in catering management within a healthcare setting Strong understanding of clinical dietary needs and food safety protocols Demonstrated success in managing PDS scores above 80% Excellent stakeholder and staff management skills Sound business acumen and strategic thinking Relevant qualifications in hospitality, nutrition, or catering management
