VACANCY: SENIOR CAR WASH OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Car Wash Manager to assume full operational responsibility for two established, busy car wash sites.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the realities of car wash operations, staff management, customer service, and daily performance targets.

Key Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

Proven previous experience managing a car wash (senior or supervisory level) Strong people-management and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously Excellent operational discipline (attendance, quality control, workflow) Confident dealing with customers, complaints, and problem resolution Basic understanding of mechanical systems (pumps, pressure washers, compressors) Ability to identify faults and coordinate basic maintenance or repairs Willingness to work weekends Own reliable transport and willingness to travel between locations Trustworthy, organised, and performance-driven

Key Responsibilities:

Full operational management of two car wash locations Staff supervision, scheduling, training, and discipline Ensuring consistent wash quality and customer service standards Overseeing equipment operation and reporting mechanical issues Managing daily operations, opening/closing, and site readiness Stock control (chemicals, consumables, equipment) Handling customer escalations and maintaining service excellence Reporting on performance, staff issues, and operational challenges Driving efficiency, accountability, and revenue growth

Salary & Benefits:

Suggested salary: R18,000 - R22,000 per month (market-related, based on experience) Potential performance-based incentives
