Job Description

Essential Skills Requirements:

• This role is for a senior-level developer with a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the C# programming language.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of C# and the .NET framework, experience with web development, and experience with modern software development practices.
• Additionally, experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's software applications using the C# programming language.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the software meets the needs of the business and is of high quality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that all code adheres to company standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Stay current with new developments in C# and related technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Lead a team of developers and mentor junior developers.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
• Write technical documentation.

Background:

• Matric
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C#
• Strong understanding of C# and the .NET framework
• Experience with web development using technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Web API and JavaScript
• Experience with modern software development practices, such as Agile and Scrum
• Experience with database management systems and ORM frameworks such as SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
