Job Summary Position Overview: As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify and document requirements, utilizing best practices and agile methodologies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, designing solutions, and ensuring alignment with the business architecture framework. With your expertise in the insurance industry and business analysis, you'll drive innovation and efficiency, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant 3/4 year IT/Business qualification
- Insurance domain experience (Short Term and Life)
- Minimum 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Business Analysis
- IIBA membership (preferred)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
- Industrial Engineering education/experience
- Customer/Stakeholder commitment
