Senior Business Development Partner - Education Sector - SandtonSenior Business Development PartnerBased in Paulshof Sandton JHBSalary range: R1,385,000 - R1,600,000 annual CTCClosing date: 28 February 2025Minimum requirements:This role is a key player in our business development team and we require a well-seasoned candidate ready to take on the many facets of the role.Skills & Experience- 5+ years in B2B sales/business development, with a focus on consultative selling.- Proven ability to meet sales targets in executive education, corporate training, or related fields.- Expertise in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and pipeline management.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.Advantageous:- 10+ years' experience, preferably in a business school or higher education environment.- Network of contacts across African corporate and government sectors.Knowledge & Education- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- MBA or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is strongly preferred.- Deep understanding of African business dynamics, including public-sector procurement and private-sector challenges.- Familiarity with adult learning principles and programme design.- Understanding of programme costing models and financial management.Consultant: Angie Botes - Dante Personnel GreenstoneApply via our website www.dantesa.co.zaIf you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessfulFor more information please contact:Angie Botes
