Job Summary
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Sales, proposal, negotiating & market research experience
Qualification & Skills
Must have minimum matric qualification
Must come from Learning and Development & Training industry (non-negotiable)
5 years of proven success in B2B sale
3 years' experience in the Learning and Development sector
Must have own car and valid driver's license
