Senior Business Analyst
Job Description
You'll collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful solutions. From leading stories and proposing innovative approaches to coordinating roadmaps and assisting with UX redesigns, your expertise will help deliver exceptional user experiences. Expect hands-on involvement in business cases, technical documentation, and driving product initiatives forward.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-6 years in web UX, e-commerce, or similar environments
Strong systems/business analysis experience
Ability to query data sources
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and database technologies
Understanding of Web Accessibility and UX principles
Qualification:
Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with consumer-facing organizations
