Job Description
Senior Business Analyst
- Location: Centurion
- Working model: Hybrid
- Salary: R 1 100 000.00 per annum
- South African Citizens
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex business analysis efforts and define business/system requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture and document requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions (user stories, process flows, data models, mockups)
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure alignment with system architecture
- Support testing, integration, and user adoption of solutions
- Proactively analyze system trends and propose sustainable improvements
- BCom Informatics or BSc degree (Business Analysis Diploma preferred)
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 6 years' IT experience with integrated solutions
- Strong background in API-centric architectures and system integration projects
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the investment or financial services sector
- Agile working experience preferred
- Ability to produce low-fidelity UX mockups and UML diagrams
- Working knowledge of Postman, Soap UI, Mongo, Swagger
- Proficiency in SQL and data queries
- Experience with workflow and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro)
