Overview

The position requires a dynamic individual to become part of the Supply Chain Omnia group - the position will report into the COE in Supply Chain.The Snr Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to the support, testing, business process improvement and projects leading to system enablement.The successful candidate must be a team player and be able to handle stressful and difficult situations. The person must have excellent communication skills and ERP & reporting knowledge. The individual must be able motivate himself and inspire the people around him/her. The individual must exhibit a strong sense of urgency, strong commitment and work ethics, be able to prioritize tasks and must ensure the delivery of excellent customer service as per timelines. Travel to Omnia sites is required from time to time.

Qualifications

BSC/BCom/BTech in Information Technology or B. Eng. (Industrial Engineering) or relevant equivalent

Experience

Must have experience as an all-round BA (data, process, and business analysis) Experience in various project methods and principals (Agile, Waterfall) Engagement across stakeholders and ability to run information gathering sessions The candidate must have excellent ERP experience At least 5+ years' experience

Duties

Evaluate business data with the primary goal of improving decision making processes in the organization Translate business requirements into system specifications. Gather, interpret and documents requirements (Business, functional and Technical) Participate in the solution design process Define the success criteria, document test cases, and provide support across the test environment Project Management (Implementation and setup of systems & Quality assurance and testing) Provide assistance to solution delivery on implementation and training Business process improvement

Job Competencies

Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail but maintaining a view of the overall solution Knowledge of the following software will be an advantage but not required: AX, D365, Power BI, Excel, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
