Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts on high-impact strategic projects.
Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in Business Analysis practices.
Provide expert guidance and support in solving complex business problems.
Evaluate the current business environment to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
Define the desired future state and create a roadmap to achieve it.
Assess potential risks and develop robust change strategies to ensure successful transformation.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging practices, providing timely recommendations to the team.
Establish and refine the Business Analysis approach, including governance frameworks, performance improvements, and information management standards.
Apply lessons learned from previous reviews to strengthen future practices.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and design effective engagement strategies that secure commitment and facilitate adoption of change initiatives.
