Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our client in Durban, KZN.

Requirements -

Grade 12

An Honours or master's degree in computer science or related field. Industry-recognized certifications Enterprise Framework (TM) or the Zachman/TOGAF Framework for Enterprise Architecture. Cloud computing eg. AWS, Azure, Google. A minimum of 10 years of planning and analysis experience with clients/customers is expected. 10+ years of working with clients/customers directly and account management teams. 8+ years of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience with measurable results in a consultancy or professional services firm and experience leading and managing multiple technology solutions. A minimum of 10 years of planning and analysis experience with clients/customers is expected. In addition to some systems background, the Enterprise Architect will possess a broad background in different business sectors, with in-depth experience and knowledge in at least one aspect of the business (example: engineering, manufacturing, planning, etc.). This is necessary to allow the Enterprise Solutions Architect to dialog with business stakeholders and management, on their terms. Finally, and key to this position, the Enterprise Architect should have demonstrated skills, and actual examples of models built using The Enterprise Framework and the Enterprise Architecture Framework. Communications, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.).; Group session facilitation; Team Leadership; Marketing ("selling" the results of architectural approaches); Analysis and design; Modelling and graphical representation and abstractions. Actual experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework (TM) or the Zachman/TOGAF Framework for Enterprise Architecture; Management (e.g.: prioritization, trade-off analysis, psychology, etc.)
