Purpose of the Job:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding and analysing our business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis by gathering and analysing business requirements, objectives, and processes. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Conduct interviews, workshops, and observations to elicit business requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies. Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows to capture business needs. Create clear and concise requirement specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions. Develop and maintain business models, diagrams, and prototypes. Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality. Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Monitor post-implementation performance and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and address project-related issues. Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress and key metrics. Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions. Conduct functional and user acceptance testing to ensure deliverables meet business objectives

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred 5-7 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modelling, data analysis, and requirements management. Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse and Senior Management. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
