JOB TITLE: Senior BTL Designer
KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
Deliver world-class ideas and design across all media formats by interrogating briefs and strategy, ensuring excellence in concept, craft, and results for TBWAHunt Lascaris and its clients.

Support new business development when required.

Participate in team-wide initiatives such as Disruption workshops and training.
Proactively build cross-departmental relationships.
Cultivate personal growth in alignment with evolving agency and client needs
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5+ years as a Designer in a leading creative agency. A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality work is essential.
REQUIRED SKILLS

• Expert in design craft and multi-format execution.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Strategic understanding of brand and communication.
• Strong presentation and articulation skills.
• Adobe Suite
• Figma and AI adoption - added benefit
