Senior Brand Designer (REMOTE)

Our client is looking for a hands-on

Senior Brand Designer

to lead creative projects and mentor a small team (brand designer + video editor) in their in-house studio. This role blends design execution with leadership and project management.

What you'll do:

Design digital content: Google Slides presentations, one-pagers, ebooks, reports, and digital asset templates. Create assets for growth marketing: web pages, emails, ads, landing pages. Guide team collaboration and maintain brand consistency. Lead projects from brief to delivery with creativity and efficiency. Stay current on design/AI trends to boost quality and workflows. Time split: 70% design work, 30% team and project leadership.

Requirements:

4+ years in brand/digital design with a standout portfolio Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides Strong digital storytelling and layout design Excellent project management and organizational skills Experience mentoring or leading creatives Comfortable using AI tools in design workflows

Nice-to-Haves

Print design experience (brochures, packaging, event materials, etc.) B2B or tech industry background Motion design or video collaboration experience
