Job Description

Accountable for the development and release of media products across radio and digital brands, including the actual campaign structure, pricing, positioning, and packaging.


Duties & Responsibilities




Develop and release opportunities and/or products in association with Brand Commercial Manager, Brand Channel Manager & Programming Teams. Be the conduit for relevant approvals and communication between Mediamark and Brands. Provide campaign structure & costings for all reactive & proactive briefs in conjunction with creative/station teams within expected timelines. Ensure that opportunities and collateral are constantly up-to-date, accurately costed in the Mediamark format and available to the sales teams. Provide innovative ways to ensure all NTR opportunities & brand collateral is prominent & exposed to the sales team. Deliver exceptional customer service through the efficient and accurate turnaround of plans & proposals. Work closely with Digital team to promote digitally sound ideas that can be integrated into NTR proposals. Adhere to NTR costing principles. Regular brand interaction with Commercial & Station Programming teams. Usage of Mediamark workflow & continuously ensure efficient processes and ways of working. Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to increase sales opportunities for the Mediamark product and service offering. Guiding, coaching, and training the sales team on the relevant products, while providing the product and associated collateral.


Qualifications




Matric Tertiary education in marketing and/or media (preferred) Brand or project management courses will be beneficial

Experience




Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar environment. Marketing and/or Media experience will be an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills




Project management and product development background. Knowledge of radio, social media, mobile, video, digital, platforms and events and how they integrate into advertising and marketing solutions. Excellent commercial & financial acumen. Advanced MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Excellent command of English - written and spoken.
