DBN000206 - Senior BPO/Workflow Solution Architect - Pinetown
Purpose of the Job:
To lead the end-to-end design of digital workflows and integrations, translating business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years in workflow automation or business process design (Laserfiche, DocuWare, K2, Nintex, Power Automate, etc.)
- Degree/diploma in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of enterprise processes: procurement, AP, logistics, manufacturing, HR, and approvals
- Skilled in API integrations (REST/JSON, OAuth2, Webhooks, data mapping, error handling)
- Background in BPM or Lean Six Sigma Background
- Design and oversee end-to-end digital workflow and integration architecture
- Lead technical workshops, translate complex concepts for stakeholders, and present solutions to business and IT teams.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance across all automation projects.
- Architect and manage integrations with ERP, HR, Finance, and custom systems using REST APIs and secure data handling.
- Oversee project delivery, risk management and UAT to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Accountable, independent, and results-driven.
- Ability to coach and mentor
