Senior Bookkeeper
Job Description
Kloof, KZN. Opportunity exists for competent Senior Bookkeeper with at least 3-5 years relevant experience to join dynamic branding agency. Must have experience in taking books to trial balance and must be skilled in Pastel Partner and Excel xe2x80x93 essentials.
Responsibilities will include monthly debtor billing (invoice generation), creditors (invoices capture, recon, balance), inter-company loans and reconciliation, petty cash management, working on Standard Bank Business On Line, fixed asset registers, assist with annual audit packs, and assist Finance team with ad hoc admin etc.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
- Skilled in Pastel Partner and Excel and proficient in other MS Office programmes
- Very fast and efficient with incredible attention to detail
- Must be highly organised and able to cope well under pressure
- Must be a team player
- Strong time management skills
