Job purpose:
Understand business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing, modelling, database administration, and technical aspects of BI systems.
Take the data in its raw form, dissect it to see patterns, trends, outliers, using business intelligence tools and collaborate with the technology and business teams to build effective solutions.
Play a critical role in configuring and maintaining the reporting solutions management reporting utilising both Microsoft Power BI dashboards and BI reporting, Microsoft SQL Analysis Services, and t-SQL scripts to enhance service delivery and user experience.
Identifying opportunities for innovation and automation within the IT Service Management business
Understanding of system functionality, data relationships, and the software development lifecycle, as well as strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Enhance application performance through pro-active maintenance and configuration according to best practices.
