You'll be guiding both business and technical users throughout the solution development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of technical standards within the BI department.
- Mentor and oversee solutions delivered by intermediate and junior developers.
- Drive BI projects, ensuring technical escalations are resolved promptly.
- Engage in the entire development lifecycle of BI projects, from issue identification to solution implementation.
- Utilize MS BI stack products, including SSRS, SSAS, MS PowerBI, and more, to craft the best solutions.
- Stay updated with technological advances and conduct continuous research.
- Collaborate with IT operations for sustainable database environments and root cause analysis.
- Deliver outputs that represent operational data in a concise format for various audiences, from department managers to executive boards.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (NQF equivalent).
- MS BI certification and Data analytics certification.
- Diploma or higher qualification in corporate or management finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis/mining.
- Proficiency in Power BI solutions, data warehouse design, and advanced SQL Query writing.
- Experience with BI ETL Tools, preferably SSIS.
- Knowledge of DAX script, C#, and core web development technologies would be advantageous.
