A leading organization is seeking a Senior BI Developer to join their Data and Analytics team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize BI solutions using Microsoft Cloud BI technologies. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and work on impactful data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to provide actionable insights
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Work with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Data Factory
• Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics
• Create paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder
• Implement and manage Data Lake/Delta Lake solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders
• Utilize DevOps for version control and deployment of BI solutions
• Perform predictive analytics using Python
• Process and analyze large datasets with Databricks
• (Preferred) Apply Azure Machine Learning for advanced analytics

Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:

• Degree, diploma, or certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience:

• 5+ years in data analysis, BI development, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools and data platforms

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Cloud BI Platform
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Power BI Report Builder
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics
• Familiarity with Data Lake / Delta Lake architecture
• DevOps practices for BI solutions
• Python for predictive analytics
• Databricks for big data processing
