Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and BI solutions.
- Manage and optimize Data Warehouses and reporting systems.
- Develop advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring BI best practices and governance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years' experience as a BI Developer, with leadership exposure.
- Strong ETL development skills (SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or similar).
- Advanced SQL, Data Modeling, and Query Optimization expertise.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and BI Architecture.
- Proven ability to manage or lead BI teams effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Cloud BI exposure (Azure / AWS).
- Experience with data governance and BI strategy implementation.
