Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily bakery production activities
Lead, train, and motivate bakery production staff
Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to recipes and specifications
Monitor production schedules to meet volume and delivery targets
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Manage inventory, raw materials, and waste control
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bakery Supervisor, Senior Baker, or similar role
Strong hands-on baking experience (artisan, plant, or commercial baking)
Solid understanding of bakery production processes and equipment
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, or equivalent)
Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings if required
