Job Description
Job Summary Our company promotes a strong engineering culture with up to 60% remote work, aside from occasional client site visits. This is a remote, work from home position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Backend development
- Database operations and optimization
- API development and security
- Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Cloud and containerization
- Development practices and tooling
- Security and compliance
- Software design contributions
- Performance optimization
- Testing and quality assurance
- 5+ years in backend development; consulting or client-facing experience is a plus
- Ideally 7+ years solving complex problems in cloud, distributed systems, or microservices
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
