Senior Back End Developer

Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (essential)
- Java OCA and/or AWS certifications (advantageous)
- 5+ years back-end development experience in a production environment
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- Skilled with relational databases, particularly MySQL
- Experience designing, consuming, and securing REST APIs
- Proficient with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Familiarity with token-based authentication and unit testing frameworks
- Docker & containerisation tools
- CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
- Java libraries like Hibernate and Lombok
- Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket)
- Exposure to front-end tools like React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
