Role and responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Development and maintenance on platform/application
xc2xb7 Review and present proposed system solution to IT Project Manager / Leader and User Management or System owner.
xc2xb7 Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements.
xc2xb7 Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
xc2xb7 Participate in daily stand-ups.
xc2xb7 Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.
xc2xb7 Assist with training - when required.
xc2xb7 Compiling of user and operational manuals
xc2xb7 System audits
xc2xb7 Operational support (including afterhours standby)
xc2xb7 Understanding of integration between different technologies
xc2xb7 Coordination between development and support environments
xc2xb7 Assisting with the business case
xc2xb7 Planning and monitoring
xc2xb7 Translating and simplifying requirements
xc2xb7 Requirements processing, gathering, analysis, management and communication.
xc2xb7 Document requirements in appropriate format depending on methodology followed.
xc2xb7 Assist with identification and management of risks
