Senior Automation Tester

Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Automation Tester to lead test automation across projects and teams in a fast-paced retail environment.Responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable test frameworks
- Driving QA standards and mentoring testers across the business
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage
- Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and supporting continuous testing
- Proficiency in TestComplete (highly advantageous)
- Experience in the retail domain (preferred)
- ISTQB certification and relevant IT qualifications (a plus)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
