Job Summary What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a seasoned, ambitious and hard-working Senior Attorney who will bring strong leadership, strategic insight and proven expertise to help drive the continued success of MBA Inc.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
- LLB or LLM Degree
- Admitted Attorney with 10+ years post-admission experience
- Right of Appearance in the High Court
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Competition Law
- Administrative, Public & Constitutional Law
- Compliance & Regulatory Law
- Municipal Law
- ICT & Telecommunications Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive drafting and advocacy ability
- Emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Research, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Project and case management capability
- Adaptable, organised and meticulous
- Ability to manage multiple, complex matters simultaneously
- Capacity to run a litigation department independently, reporting directly to Partners
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and commit to extended hours when necessary
