Senior Attorney - Foreclosures & Asset Litigation Department Pretoria East
Well established Legal firm requires a Senior Attorney, with relevant experience and expertise, to join their team.
Requirements & Experience:
Admitted attorney.
Have high court litigation experience.
Minimum of 10 years post admission experience specialising in High Court Banking Litigation with specific focus on foreclosures and defended litigation
Possess a valid drivers license and own transport.
Previous experience in managing his/ her own department.
Previous experience in managing of junior personnel.
Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to forge and maintain excellent inter-personal relationships.
Willing to work over-time if operational requirements so dictate.
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Previous experience in working on AJS & Ghost Practice will be an added advantage.
Salary: Market related (R60k max), provident fund & medical Insurance.
