About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a well-known brand in the home decor and lifestyle sector. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in French and English.
Assist customers with order placement, product information, delivery tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer issues in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide consistent service.
Requirements
Fluency in French (C1-C2 level) and English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, or related fields preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Proficient with computer systems and customer service tools (e.g., CRM platforms, ticketing systems).
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Legal and Documentation Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid work permit or have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
