Agent should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment including weekend working
GDS systems experience is essential - Sabre, Amadeus etc
Must have excellent command over English Language
Dedicated to High Quality experience for customers and delivering high CSAT
Ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs, follow quality metrics
Being a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needs
Manage financial transactions and processing payments adhering to security and verification policies
Providing recommendations to customers and adhering to multiple process needs
Responding to customers inquiries on their travel- changes/cancelations of their bookings
Knowledge of Travel products, basic geography
Alert management of potential security issues or client complaints
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Consultative assistance to customer
Adhere to timelines schedules
