Are you a sharp, solutions-driven Banking & Finance attorney ready to take the lead on high-impact transactions?
Join a leading legal team handling complex, cross-border finance deals - including structured finance, project finance, and commercial lending. We're looking for a Senior Associate with strong technical expertise, commercial instincts, and the drive to grow within a high-performing practice.
What We're Looking For:
Admitted Attorney with an LLB degree
6+ years post-admission experience in banking/finance law
Solid exposure to project finance, leveraged lending, and restructuring
A keen eye for detail and strong drafting/negotiation skills
Confident managing large transactions and mentoring junior team members
Comfortable advising on PFMA, MFMA, PPPs, and regulatory frameworks
What You'll Do:
Lead on finance transactions from structuring to close
Draft and negotiate finance and security documents
Work directly with banks, corporates, and sponsors
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-border workstreams
Drive client relationships and support business development
Supervise and develop junior team members
