Work set up: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)
Our client in the IT Services & Consulting industry is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Art Director to provide critical design leadership and execution support. This role requires someone who can seamlessly integrate into a high-performing environment and deliver consistently across global campaigns and digital assets.
What you will do:

• Lead and develop creative concepts and visual design solutions across global marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
• Translate strategy into compelling visual stories that resonate across digital, social, and integrated platforms.
• Support and guide junior designers to uphold high design standards and avoid burnout within the team.
• Contribute actively to creative reviews, feedback cycles, and project delivery in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Art Director or similar creative leadership role, preferably in a global or digital-first environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-impact work across digital, social, and integrated campaigns, preferably in the B2B space.
• Exceptional design skills with an eye for detail, composition, and brand coherence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, pivot priorities quickly, and thrive under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting creative to senior stakeholders.
• Agency or in-house experience with global brands preferred.
