Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior Architectural Technologist
to join our established and growing architectural team. The ideal candidate will bring10+ years of experience
, a solid technical background, and exceptional Revit proficiency to help deliver complex, design-led projects from concept through to completion.You will work closely with the professional architects and project managers to ensure seamless coordination across all project stages -- from schematic design and technical documentation to on-site construction administration.
Requirements:
Registered
Architectural Technologist
withSACAP
(non-negotiable) +-10 years' experience
Advanced Revit proficiency
essential Strong technical drawing and detailing skills Comprehensive understanding of: Design development Construction documentation Coordination with consultants and contractors Site supervision and quality control Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:
