A boutique design-led architecture and interiors studio that is renowned for its refined, high-quality residential and hospitality projects is seeking a Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Cape Town.
With over 20 years of experience, the team blends architecture, interior architecture, and interior design into timeless, functional spaces.
POSITION INFO:
Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Cape Town, CBD (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Sector: High-End Residential Architecture
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all architectural phases from concept to completion.
• Develop and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and detailed Revit drawings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold high technical standards.
• Maintain strong client communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

• BTech Degree in Architecture or equivalent (Senior Architectural Technologist qualification).
• Minimum of 6 years' professional experience, ideally in high-end residential architecture.
• Proficiency in all work stages of architectural projects.
• Strong working knowledge of:

• Municipal building legislation and compliance.
• Design, spatial planning, and construction detailing.
• Managing/coordinating project programmes.
• Advanced Revit skills required.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence.
• A genuine passion for thoughtful design and craft.
