Job Description
???? What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to integrate architecture with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Drive innovative approaches to energy efficiency, green building design, and smart systems integration.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (professional registration preferred).
8+ years' experience in architecture, with a focus on building services.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems integration.
Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
