Senior Architect
Job Description
Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Senior Architect. This position will be based in Johannesburg (Hybrid).
The key responsibilities include specializing in architecture, interior design, procurement, project management, and strategic advisory services.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Must a Qualifications: MArch/MTech Degree (BTech/BSc will also be consider based on skills and experience)
Must have 5-10 years of relevant work experience
Must have an advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, BIM publishing software, Microsoft 365 and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Must have strong design and technical skills
Demonstrate the ability to ideate combined with a trained eye for detailing
Display excellent presentation skills
Proven experience level across several projects from inception to handover
Good interpersonal and client interface skills
Experience in fulfilling project and team leadership positions
South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa
Up-to-date passport as international travel is core to this role.
