Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Seamlessly embed AI models into existing platforms and workflows.
• AI Solution Design & Delivery: Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, and AI Foundry.
• Development & Support: Build clean, testable code and troubleshoot live site issues.
• Data-Driven Intelligence: Implement RAG and semantic AI to support analytics and decision-making.
• Workflow Automation: Create intelligent bots and agents using Microsoft AI Studio and Power Platform.
• Optimization: Monitor agent performance and drive cost-effective improvements.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and guide best practices across the team.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive records of models and systems.

Requirements:

• Experience

:10 -15+ years in .NET development, with 4+ years in AI/ML using Microsoft technologies preferably in insurance or financial services * Tech Stack Mastery:

• C#, Python, VB.Net, JavaScript
• ASP.NET Core (Web APIs, MVC, Blazor)
• Microsoft AI Frameworks, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• RDBMS (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), Vector DBs, Redis, RabbitMQ
• Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
