Who Are We Looking For
A strategic Senior Accountant with advanced Xero expertise to lead our end-to-end accounting operations. This role is ideal for a self-driven, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide critical financial insights to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Scope Accounting: Manage daily operations -- AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations -- independently
- Xero Expert: Maximise system usage for efficiency and reporting
- Revenue and Cash Flow: Oversee invoicing, debtor management, revenue recognition and billing queries
- Financial Reporting: Deliver monthly P&L, cash flow reports and strategic insights
- Compliance and Controls: Maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance and support audits
- Expense and Payroll Support: Process expenses, credit cards, petty cash and assist with payroll
- Statutory Compliance: Handle all submissions for POPIA, BEE, COIDA, CIPC, UIF, PAYE and OHSA.
