Our client, a respected name within the healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution space, is looking for a Senior Accountant who can confidently take ownership of the full finance function within a medium-sized environment. You'll be the financial backbone of the business -- ensuring accurate reporting, clean reconciliations, strong month-end processes, and healthy cash flow oversight, all while supporting a business that directly impacts patient care.
? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accountability
• Oversee payroll, monthly reporting, trial balance preparation, and statutory responsibilities
• Drive a seamless month-end process with complete reconciliations and variance analysis
• Manage invoicing, credit control support, and supplier/customer reconciliations
• Maintain strong oversight of stock and inventory accounting (highly preferred)

? What You Bring

• BCom Accounting (Essential) + Honours preferred
• 5-10 years' accounting experience within a medium-sized environment
• Proven ability to manage a full finance function independently
• Experience with stock/inventory (highly advantageous)
• A structured, detail-driven approach with strong systems discipline
