Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accruals, provisions, and journal entries.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production costing in alignment with pharmaceutical standards.
• Ensure accurate VAT, tax submissions, and preparation for external audits.
• Assist with financial risk management, corporate governance, and policy development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.

? Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in an accounting role,
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Syspro, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
