Senior Accountant

Job Description
My client is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant (CA(SA)) with 2 years' post-articles experience to take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. This role offers exposure across the full finance function and the opportunity to support a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.
Duties:
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts
- Financial analysis
- Variance analysis
- Implement strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- CA(SA) with a minimum of 2 years' post-articles experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Exposure to inventory management and stock control, ideally in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment, is advantageous
