As the Senior Accountant, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for managing end-to-end financial processes, including reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and analysis. You'll collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure data integrity, monitor financial performance, and support ongoing audits and internal control enhancements.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom in Accounting or Finance (completed SAICA/SAIPA articles advantageous)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong understanding of IFRS and tax regulations
- Experience in a high-volume or service-driven business environment preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
