Duties & Key Responsibilities of the Role
1. Reviewing and signing off on
Debtors cash book, journals, and credit applications
Logistics trip and personal kilometre reconciliations
Credit notes, procurement purchases, and fuel usage reports
All foreign orders, payments, and BOP forms
Daily payments and FNB e-wallet transactions
Salaries, commissions, and payroll documentation
VAT, EMP201 and EMP501 returns, tax computations, and financial statements
2. Monitoring and managing:
Departmental KPIs (Finance, Debtors, Buying)
Cash flow in collaboration with the Buying Manager
Bank reconciliation queries and reconciliation trackers
Asset register and filing structures across departments
SOPs, job descriptions, and internal policy compliance
3. Presenting and reporting:
Monthly management packs (Manac) to GM and auditors
Monthly closing reviews by the 9th of each month
Budget forecasts and annual financial documentation
Workmen's compensation and annual donation calculations
4. Collaborating and supporting:
Automation initiatives with Sage consultants
Liaison with external consultants, SARS, and auditors
Investor contract reviews and annual approvals
Continuous development of department KPIs and performance metrics
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R30000,00 - R40000,00 per month

Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:
