They're looking for a confident, proactive Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key clients and ensure that every campaign runs smoothly -- from strategic brief to flawless delivery.
What the job involves..
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusted partnerships
Understand client objectives, positioning, and market context to provide smart, strategic guidance
Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, social and experiential channels
Collaborate with internal teams -- creative, strategy, production, and media -- to deliver best-in-class work
Lead project timelines, budgets, approvals, and reporting
Maintain profitability and ensure all work meets high creative and strategic standards
Help shape creative briefs and contribute to ideation, brainstorms, and reviews
Present creative work and campaign results confidently to clients
Use insights and data to inform campaign recommendations and future plans
Mentor junior team members and help build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
What you need to be considered..
4-7 years' account management experience in a creative, digital, PR, or marketing agency
Experience managing medium to large clients and multi-channel campaigns
Solid understanding of brand strategy, creative process, and digital/social landscapes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness -- budgeting, forecasting, profitability
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Calm, solutions-driven, and collaborative approach
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
