Role Summary:
We're hiring an experienced Account Executive who can both sell and build: you'll own the revenue cycle end-to-end(prospect ? discovery ? business case ? negotiation ? close) and configure HubSpot to best practices so nothing lingers. You've done this before--standing up views, automations, routing, dashboards, and follow-up rhythms that turn interest into booked meetings and deals.
This is a remote role. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and work US-facing hours.
What You'll Do:
Own pipeline to close. Run targeted outbound, handle inbound, conduct discovery, build ROI cases, navigate buying committees (Ops, PM, Ownership), negotiate, and close.
Build a high-integrity HubSpot funnel.
Implement saved views (No-Next-Step, Stage Aging, Last Touch), task queues, and SLAs (speed-to-lead ?5 min).
Configure workflows (stage enter/exit rules, task creation, alerts), lead status & lifecycle, lead scoring, round-robin/routing, and hand-offs.
Stand up dashboards (Activities vs Goal, Meetings Set & Show Rate, Stage Conversion, Stage Aging, At-Risk Deals).
Drive multi-channel follow-up (not just sequences). Blend calls, email, LinkedIn, and calendar CTAs; multithread when champions go quiet; run structured re-engagement plays.
Segment & prioritize. Build focused account lists (STR, hotel, multifamily) with fit + behavior scoring; partner with data tools (e.g., Sales Nav/ZoomInfo/Clay) to enrich and rank.
Continuously optimize. A/B subject lines, openers, CTAs; reduce cycle time and stage drop-off; maintain rigorous notes and next steps on every record.
Partner readiness. Identify new, and coordinate with existing partners to open doors and accelerate deals.
What You've Done (Qualifications):
5+ years B2B SaaS sales with consistent attainment in US markets; you can quote your meetings ? opps ? win rate ? ACV from memory.
HubSpot power user/admin-level ability. You've personally configured workflows, scoring, lifecycle/lead status, routing, dashboards, task queues, and sequences--and can show the metrics they improved.
Proven track record converting cold/warm leads into meetings and closed-won through disciplined, multi-channel follow-up and thoughtful multithreading.
Experience selling to hospitality/STR/multifamily is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Monthly Salary: 35,000 - 60,000 ZAR
Bonus plan is included with this position.
Schedule: Flexible and capable of working remotely in an efficient and diligent manner. Due to the main sales efforts being in the US, you will be expected to work on EST time primarily.
Other requirements: We expect you have a home office with a modern workstation set up, including a fast and reliable internet connection.
